Returns & Refund Policy and Procedure
In the event of unfortunate situations where customers are unsatisfied with their order, Betty’s Pamper Hampers for all Occasions will be happy for customers to return or exchange their hamper within 14 days of purchase under the guidelines of the Consumer Rights Act (2015).
However, should customers return their purchase and wish for a full refund, all items within the basket / crate must be:
1, Unopened
2, Unused
3, Have NO wear and tear
4, There should be NO damage to the Basket or Crate
5, All items are included and must still be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Betty’s Pamper Hampers for all Occasions will handle all complaints with sensitively and with understanding. Carefully assessing and inspecting all returns for faults and damages etc before it is agreed that a full refund can be issued or not.

Should it be found that there is no fault with the purchase and the customer was fully informed of their specific purchase as this complying and working in accordance with the Consumer Right Act (2015) principles, Betty’s Pamper Hampers for all Occasions will reserve the right and deny customers their refund.
However, an exception can be offered with that of an alternative purchase. Photographs of damaged or wrong items received on return will be taken and used as evidence in opposition to the customer.

During the unfortunate find of damaged items after close inspection on a return, Betty’s Pamper Hampers for all Occasions will except fault and will offer the customer of a full refund or another purchase of the same order, of the same value.
Full refunds will NOT be offered after 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method when purchased so delays are possible if using a payment provider.
Betty’s Pamper Hamper for all Occasions ensures that customers are fully aware and advised on the Returns and Refund policy as there is a online link to the checkout page before purchase. Customers ordering over the telephone will be fully informed of the policy and procedure, and a copy of this agreement will be added to their purchase for the customers attention again.
Refunds do not include delivery fees.
